Tomislav Bajić osnivač je i upravitelj investicijskog društva Bajic Capital, koje ulaže u dionice listanih kompanija.
Tijekom karijere radio je u Hrvatskom Telekomu, AZ mirovinskim fondovima i Interkapitalu, gdje je obnašao vodeće funkcije u području upravljanja investicijama, investicijske analize i odnosa s investitorima.
Aktivan je u području financijskog obrazovanja i razvoja investicijske profesije. Predavač je na Zagrebačkoj školi ekonomije i managementa te Akademiji Zagrebačke burze, gdje predaje teme iz korporativnih financija, financijskog managementa i investicijske analize.
Suosnivač je CFA Society Hrvatska, u kojem je obnašao dužnosti potpredsjednika i rizničara. Kao industrijski mentor CFA Institute Research Challenge natjecanja mentorirao je pobjedničke timove na lokalnim natjecanjima u Ljubljani (2018. i 2020.) i Zagrebu (2026.), a mentorirani timovi ostvarili su plasman u finale EMEA natjecanja 2018. i 2026. godine.
Nositelj je međunarodnih profesionalnih kvalifikacija Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) i Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Diplomirao je financije i makroekonomiju na Ekonomskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Autor je i koautor stručnih i akademskih radova iz područja korporativnih financija i financijskog obrazovanja.

Tomislav Bajić is the founder and managing partner of Bajic Capital, an investment firm focused on investing in publicly listed companies.
Prior to founding Bajic Capital, Tomislav held senior investment management, equity research, and investor relations roles at Hrvatski Telekom, AZ Pension Funds, and InterCapital.
Alongside his investment career, Tomislav is actively involved in financial education and the advancement of the investment profession. He lectures at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Academy, where he teaches corporate finance, financial management, and investment analysis.
Tomislav is a co-founder of CFA Society Croatia, where he previously served as Vice President and Treasurer. As an industry mentor in the CFA Institute Research Challenge, he has mentored winning teams in local competitions in Ljubljana (2018 and 2020) and Zagreb (2026), with his teams advancing to the EMEA Regional Finals in 2018 and 2026.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations, as well as a degree in Finance and Macroeconomics from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. He is the author and co-author of professional and academic publications in corporate finance and financial education.
